After standing at the side of the road, looking after a guys dead dog, after some BITCH hit it and drive away, waiting for the guy who’s dog it was to get his truck so he could take & bury her, I’ve lost faith in humanity:( What was suppose to be a beautiful sunny day with a guy taking his dog out to play ended terribly. Helped him load her up for her last car ride. It was really awful!

To top it off somebody stole the flowers I left……

157 days and counting:) I’m so excited they brought this event back. I’m a super sucky runner but man is it fun. Looking forward to spending more time on the island this time. I guess this means no more jalapeño poppers for breakfast on the way to work.

I like the square decrease but it seemed to be missing something.

Decided to use a square decrease

Braid between the decrease ridges was a perfect way to tie in the lateral braid round the hat!

Added a braid up the decreases to match the lateral braid around the hat
