Knitting, beer and a nap. Sounds like a full afternoon to me:)

Rental gear was money well spent to know I’m hooked. I hit everything in the target, not just the paper around it. Totally stoked. I don’t even need kiddie gear.

Sexy, dam, that bike is sexy. I did more than touch it, I’m in big trouble. Impulse control? Not so good at that, I’ll work on it:)

I might have to start a Whiskey blog! A Whiskey for every season. If your not out there to just get drunk, Whiskey is a great food group:) So far it’s Basil Hayden for Winter & Rouge Dead Guy for summer. If you’ve never tried it at least look it up. Drink it neat or don’t drink it!

Nothing like eating your own berries. Today I look for a shower door! Tired of the plastic pushing against me when I’m in the shower. Looks like the out door shower is going to be repaired also. I’m more excited than words can describe for that to happen. It’s like a mini vacation when your outside taking a shower, feels special!

Why I didn’t think to call it Indian Summer to begin with is beyond me. The burnt orange and burgundy color are alpaca. Just some solid color to mix into the merino silk blend. Adding random stripes as I go.

Not sure what to name this sweater yet or if it’s going to fit. Just had to start it! Tab spent a good portion of the day cutting up old jeans for the backing of my sock yarn blanket (been sneaking a square in here and there). We decided that each denim square should be the size of 4 smaller squares total. Now I just need to learn to sew, pretty big project to sew by hand but if I can’t figure out the machine I’ll do it:) My hunting sweater has me not pleased at the moment. The hand dye coloring is a bit funky. Hard to not tell where I switched balls. You can see bigger color patches at the bottom. Thinking I’m going to rip it out, start over and alternate balls more often. Yup, ripping it out! Tab whipped up a Tom and Jerry, blowing her cover that she was really watching TV. Getting some finish work done on the house, only been here about 5 years, time to finish the job:) Late for work unless I drive crazy and skip bushing my teeth……eewwwwwww, I’ll brush my teeth.

As I said goodbye to my daughter this morning all I got in return was a tiny hand out from under the covers. I’m not sure if it was a shooing motion or a wave:) Cardigan maybe?
