Well I finally got a job….4 hours a week and just above minimum wage. Drove there because I didn’t have enough time from when they called to catch the bus to get there on time. Well the Bronco died (it needs some work) so I just left it and caught the bus back. Yup FORD “found on road dead. My super smart daughter, who always sees the bright side, reminded me with my store discount I make 30% extra. God love her!!!!!!!!! Because I’m fasting I bake, arggggg. I made the best smelling pot pie. I got a great deal on four NewYork steaks, cut them up, browned them in olive oil & pepper flour then added carrots, parsley, celery, onion, green pepper, beer, corn & cut up organic sweet potato fries. I’m not a big potato fan so the fries made sense. Other spices went in but I’m not telling what. WOW, I’m going to make somebody happy! Me when I pull it out of the freezer and eat it. So I get on the bus and a daycare group was on the bus, green runny noses and coughing. Poor little kiddo’s! The super cute college skater boy made the ride worth it. I’m going to treat myself to a glass bottle of red wine & knit, all night:)
